Senior Design Manager (Analog IC)
Loaction：Shanghai
Major Responsibilities:

·
Working with product definers to refine new product definitions.
·
Selecting the optimal topology and composition of designs to achieve the best possible performance, yield and testability.
·
Lead, mentor and train a group of 20-30 junior design and layout engineers.
·
Working with test and characterization engineers to develop a thorough characterization and production test strategy.
Qualifications:
·
BSEE and at least 10 years of industry experience
·
Strong design skills and layout expertise is required
·
Solid experience in following areas:
-
bandgap voltage references
-
switching voltage regulators
-
LDO regulators
-
operational amplifiers
-
DACs and ADCs.
·
Strong written and verbal communication skills in the English language
·
Able to prioritize tasks into a logical sequence of events
·
Able to make realistic plans based on the required tasks and target deadlines
