Job Description:
In this position, his responsibility will include, but not be limited to
Takes personal ownership for achieving agreed goals in terms of design value, design-wins and etc.
Well does discovery to get right information on customers, markets and competitors to help on making decisions. Create and maintain up-to-date customer profiles in online database, including monthly customer forecast, competitions information and etc; well communicate in organization the highlight/lowlight by weekly sales reports; con-call and email.
Works with colleagues to improve team/department effectiveness, contributing own ideas and suggestions
Constantly appraises own performance, assessing own achievements objectively; openly explores ways to improve.
Communicates clearly and concisely and listens actively; keeps people well informed.
Puts effort into learning new things; listens to advice and feedback; keeps up to date.
Requirements:
BS; BSEE
Minimum of 3 years of experience selling integrated circuits or similar with emphasis on power supply related ICs. Previous FAE experience is a plus.
Enjoy working under big challenge in the manner of diligence and curiousness.
Candidate needs to reside in or near Shenzhen.
Has possession of, or can demonstrate ability to obtain Chinese travel passport and valid entry visa to the U.S.A.
With moderate English language skills – reading, writing, and speaking.
