LDO offset过大怎么改进

各位前辈，这样一个结构的LDO，加入了电流缓冲器，消除了前馈通路。现在这个结构提NO RC后仿真，发现后仿真offset大约在6mV，太大，经过排查，差分对管本身的电流失配导致的offset在3mV，剩下的就来源于其他MOS管的失配，而且是有正有负。


所以到目前为止，消掉差分对管的3mV，剩余的offset不太好搞，领导说如果项目是可以接受的，但是对个人学习来讲最好进一步去看一下，说如果要继续改进的话就改进结构，尤其是做电流缓冲器的那部分cascode，请问各位前辈有没有好的建议和方法

You will need to improve the DC Gain to reduce the gain error. I would recommend increasing the channel length of the load pair and increasing the sizes of the input pair (reduce vdsat)

可以试试在电流镜串个源极退化管，具体可以去搜搜
