hello friends i have the same problem... censtos 5.11.

i tried to add

export  LD_LIBRARY_PATH=/usr/X11R6/lib:/usr/lib:/libCDSHOME/tools/lib

but it is not solved the problem

i changed my linux distribution because i was' t able to launch SPECTRE on centos 5.11.

Maybe due to an error on configuring my bashrc file, but i am not sure.

So i installed before cadence on ubuntu 12 with suggested additional packages which you can find on some online guides.

At least i reinstall all cadence products.
