the purpose of the load pull is to find the right impedance.

then, it does not matter what impedance you chose. however, you do not want to scan the whole smith chart. you should have some range of impedances before starting the loadpull.
then simply use the center of this range as the center of the smith chart.

就是这个图中Z0 的选择，一般Datasheet中给的源阻抗和负载阻抗都很小。所以不知道Z0怎么定，我看有的用的10欧姆，有的用的5欧姆。
