Position Summary:
Design of mixed-signal blocks, interface with test. product and applicationsengineers. Carry out detailed Analog and mixed-signal circuit analysis using

both hand analysis and computer simulation. Supervise layout. Evaluate andcharacterize silicon. Prepare design reviews, and support documents.

Requirements:
- MSEE/PhD with experience in mixed-signal IC development
- Strong background in analog design, and design of signal processing chains
- Excellent communication skills
- Understanding of behavioral modeling
- Working knowledge or Matlab, shell scripts, and C.
- Proficient user of Cadence design tools
- Strong bench test skills
- high speed data converter design experience with analog&digitalcalibration is strongly preferred

- Top-level digital architecture planning including partition and interface toregister maps.
- State machine, PHY (SPI, I2C, CAN), EEPROM, RAM, and ROM design.

- Design for test including scan insertion, test pattern generation, and faultgrading.
- Overseeing automatic cell place and route.

Requirements:

- Previous mixed signal product development experience including behavioralmodels of analog circuits and mixed mode simulation.

- Experience with design prototyping and validation using FPGAs
- Familiarity with circuit layout including standard cell generation.
- Ability to work independently.
- Good writing and communication skills.
