看了SVRF后，还是不懂LVS SOFTCHK  layer  UPPER/CONTACT/LOWER 的意思，其中UPPER/CONTACT/LOWER的区别是什么，分别代表什么意思的,来自版图小白的无助的呐喊，求解释，万分感谢！！！！！！

7. A required original layer or layer set, or a derived polygon layer.
   
8. • LOWER | CONTACT | UPPER
   
9. An optional keyword set that selects polygons involved in conflicting connections from the

11. LOWER — Selects lower_layer polygons from an Sconnect operation. This is the
    
12. default behavior if you do not include a selection from this set in the statement.
    
13. CONTACT — Selects contact_layer polygons from an Sconnect operation.

15. For Sconnect operations without the BY keyword, CONTACT and UPPER are

    亲，文档我也有，也看了，就是UPPER，CONTACT，UPPER几个选项有些不是特别理解，我不想囫囵吞枣，故发帖看看各位大神的见解。
