I used couple of times, it is very powerfull do discover bugs and improve the quality of the covergate of you test. Basically this tool wraps the major simulators available, so you can run easily, with few script, configure it. After the tool analize you code, if injects faults, tehn run the the test, and will report to you what faults have been activeate and what were no activated. Not activated fauls may mean, bugs or not covered conditions. You can explore results though a html viewer. Very easy to use.
