Could you please check your Riviera crack for 2015.2 by running the vhdl project "counter"?  it seems there is no output signal Y.

I think there would be a bug because most of the VHDL samples have this issue.

I do not think it is the software bug. The crack version has this problem since 2014. It seems ok for 2013 version.

    This crack is useful for riviera 2015,  NO abnormal quit.
But I have not tested vhdl code.

The crack does not cause any problem. It patches the soft like the version 2009 published by rl-team with just 6 byte modification to the target (17) files.
If you simulate the CB4CE entity (from libraries window) manually and stimulate the input pins (from stimuli window) manually you'll see that it works fine but I admit that there is a script error, why I don't know.

I always go back to modelsim which I now license - it runs on all platforms and such, but you can't beat the editor on aldec - I also like using the waveform viewer for dumps from identify debugger. Hardly though justification for the price tag

Unfortunately VHDL is not the case, most of the other projects have this problem.
