做射频去上海有啥好坑？

现在在一个研究所里读书，自己选的方向是射频，因为之前在一个小地方做PLL的layout。
毕业后想去上海，不过对于上海的环境不太了解。
求各位大大给指点迷津。

上海不合适的话，北京也行啊。

最好能把外企，国企，私企，研究所都给介绍下。
