Senior analog designer:

Responsibilities:

1. Develop challenging precision analog circuits independently, including circuit design, simulation, testing, debugging and improvement

2. Determine system requirements; define project specifications according to customer’s requirement.

3. Supervise and assist layout development.

4. Support test & product engineer with chip debugging, failure analysis, characterizations and product release efforts.

5. Customer/AE/Sales support, Assist vendor to support ongoing product development.

Requirements:

1. Master degree or above in EE

2. With 3+ years of work experience in the related areas

3. Well know semiconductor devices, process and layout

4. Good understanding about the entire development flow of IC design

5. Familiar with CAD tools, such as SPICE/SPECTRE simulator and Virtuoso;

6. Experience in SAR or Sigma-Delta ADC design is must to have;

7. Experience in analog circuit design, such as Voltage reference, Instrumentation Amplifier, Comparator, etc.

8. At least one design finalized in silicon preferred.

9. Fluent in both English and Chinese

10. Self motivated, good communication skill and team work spirit
