phase noise仿真中，pnoise里noise type的设置问题

楼主用什么工具？
我这边5141-spectre 仿真后在phase noise jitter 中第一项可以直接打印phase noise 的频谱

function是选择jee,我忘记说了。在PM里面有选edge的，选择all，就是上升下降的沿都会仿真，所以event time有两个。可以在PSS， time，net看你的输出来区分哪个是上升edge哪个是下降的。这样就是两个edge的Phasenoise 都可以得到。

   谢谢你的指导！我分别观察了上升沿和下降沿的结果，差距不大（0.02 dBc左右吧）。既然这样，选择edge的时候，只选择上升沿，或者只选择下降沿，不就行了吗？还能加快仿真速度（我猜的，现在电路规模小，没体现出来。。）。还是说选择all是有其他方面的考虑？

pnoise的设置中，有一项“noise type”，选择不同的type，得到的结果略有不同。你应该是选择jitter里的fm，所以可以直接得到phase noise的曲线吧

但是有的电路上升沿和下降沿差别会很大。没有别的考虑。

我还有最后一个疑问，希望你能帮我看一看~~就是关于threshold value的设置。这个值的设置有什么标准吗？假设我VCO的vdd是1.3V，全摆幅为0.3~2.5，VCO后接一个类似CML的buffer~


另外，我搜索到了一段关于threshold value设置的说明，原文如下：
You set the threshold equal to the threshold of the subsequent circuit. If you want to determine the threshold of the subsequent circuit, sweep the input voltage to the circuit while calculating the gain, the threshold would be where the gain is the maximum.


不知道这个是否有参考意义。另外，我也不是很明白，选择gain最大的值作为threshold的目的。

这个就比较基础了，但讲起来很多的。Threshold就是看你下一级翻转的阈值。你可以看看有关inverter 翻转的讲解，好像数字集成电路设计里就有。或者你就设置为输出信号的中间电平就可以了。

在中国的论坛上看到有说怎么仿真jitter小激动了一下。我的问题和楼主有点类似，我也按照你的方法画出了phase noise的曲线。

我的问题是这样的：我在仿真一个电路，里面有divider ,buffer, etc. 想仿真出由device引起的random jitter.

在noise type里设置成jitter ,然后通过积分jee 可以得到一个数值 ~400fs.

但是如果我在tdnoise里得到积分的output noise，再用output noise 除以dv/dt, 得到的却是~200fs.

请问这两个结果哪一个准确呢？
