跪求各位分享，对于工作的看法？发展空间的看法？对整个版图行业的看法？
以及版图前景的想法？？？~

维持生计没问题，只要ic行业在， layout就不可能消失，

版图一般，很多国内的公司对于版图都相当的不在意（其实，非极限性能的产品对于版图也没多高的要求）；但是要做到极限性能时，版图对于产品的影响那是非常大的。（本人做过普通power类，超高精度类，高速类，感慨良多）
总体来讲，版图的前景很一般，如果要做版图的话，推荐是做数字PR那一块，找个好公司；模拟版图其实就是个杯具而已

For APR, more experience and understanding on CAD tools and settings are required. And independent working is important since most digital designers have very limited understanding about APR. APR engineers can be very valuable if can join deep submicron design (65nm, 45nm, or even 28nm). But the chance for these advanced design is small in China.

While for manual layout, engineers with little experience can work on it because analog designers will provide guideline to the manual layout engineers. And the CAD tool is simpler to use.
