i do't know how to check but when i start my server it's start without any error .the problem occur when i go for simulate my schematic .i attach screen shot of that problem may it can help u to find out the problem .

i check for spectre feature i think it's there .but problem is it's continuously IN OUT the feature .i attach a picture of licence status .
