Being an engineer working on pipeline ADC for many years, I would not suggest you follow this thesis. 3MS/s or 5MS/s in this thesis dose not mean "high speed". Also, in his test report, his sample rate and signal bandwidth are (614KHz, 19.2KHz), (2MHz, 125KHz), (5MHz, 40KHz) and etc., the oversampling gain is pretty high. So the actual performance of his ADCs is poor.
