Job Description:

1、Reporting to China Sales VP.

2、Accountable for the product promotion and deep hands-on technical supportfor assigned product in responsible market and customer. Assignedproducts include but not be limited: Timing & RF IC products,IoT-RF IP and Power IC Products; Target market includeswireless base-station, wireline communication system, server, data center,networking, IoT, …; Target territory and account include keycustomers (i.e. Huawei, ZTE, Ericsson, Nokia, H3C, Fiberhome/Datang, Hikvision,Dahua, Sugon, Inspur, Lenovo, Xiaomi, …) in Each/Central/North China (i.e.Shanghai, Nanjing, Hangzhou, Beijing, Xian, Tianjian, …) .

3、Work together with the sales and other internal counterpart to beaccountable for DIN/DWIN goal, revenue growth and exceed AOP.

4、Work with distributor partners to motivate, manage and train distributorFAE to well-perform and achieve the business objective.

5、Responsible for the design pipeline tracking also secure key DIN/DWIN andits high conversion.

6、Early and deeply engage with the customer to understand the customer need,and clearly and efficiently deliver to BU for new product definition andoverall *** competence improvement.

7、Conducts WAR room sessions with Sales and the distributor to maximize ***contents in all opportunity.

8、Build and improve the customer relationship with customer R&Dmanagement.

9、Contribute on open seminar and key account customer day.

Job Requirement:

1、Strong technical capability on Timing, RF and high-speed circuit design,EMI and Signal integrity.

2、Sound experience in in Wireless Base-Station related applications and/orIoT-Wireless (BTLE, Zigbee, Lora, NB-IoT) applications. Having related powerdesign experience will be a plus.

3、Be well aware of the needs and trends in the related marketplace andcapable in derive differential sales strategies and execution.

4、Demonstrate experience in successfully managing demand creation.

5、High motivation and competitive drive to succeed in challenging and rapidlychanging environments.

6、Good record on DIN/DWIN in past experience.

7、EE graduate with 6+ years in semiconductor as FAE.

8、Teamwork player.

9、Sound interpersonal and leadership skill, proactive and highlyself-motivated.

10、Good command of spoken and written English and Mandarin.

11、Frequent travel required.
