Primary Responsibilities:
1.
Workas a member of a team to bring RF components including amplifiers to market.Responsibilities will include interface with sales and marketing as thecustomer’s technical contact.
2.
Abilityto communicate customer needs, system specifications and product cycleinformation to the business units.
3.
Workin lab to tune customer boards and evaluation boards: Hands-on lab work toidentify and resolve issues; Strong lab skills including bench test setup,soldering, micro-probing, use of common RF test gear, complex measurementtechniques. System level analysis and design experience component performancebudgeting based on system level requirement (analysis of noise power, linearity,harmonics, impedance matching)
4.
On-sitesupport:
Experience in resolvingcustomer technical issues. Provide customers with RF technical product supportat the RF system and component level. Work with customers to integrate RFcomponents into BTS, Access Points, Routers, CATV applications etc.
5.
Goodpresentation skills, customer oriented, good technical writing ability,responsible for technical articles, application notes, product notes.Willingness to travel a few times a quarter for customer visits.
6.
Strongoverall RF experience: Familiar with transmission theory, matching theory,filtering, PA design, PA biasing, PA architectures, transceiver architectures,antennas, RF test methods. Design and analyze RF circuits using tools such asAgilent ADS; Momentum, Mathcad (Mathlab), Libra, Eagleware, SPICE, etc. Workingknowledge of Smith Chart analysis and impedance matching
7.
Mentorjunior level engineers.
Qualifications:
1.
教育程度及专业:
BSEEor equivalent and a minimum of five years (3 years and a related MS degree)work experience.
2.
工作经历:
5(BS)/3(MS)years working experience as an RF/Microwave Engineer. At least two of therequired years of experience must be in Infrastructure (BTS), Satellite or WLANboard-level RF design/product development.
3.
外语语种及水平:
Read, write, and speak English, Chinese
4.
需操作的计算机软件的名称:
Microsoft Excel, Visio
5.
需要了解的设备/工具:
ADS or equivalent simulation tool.
