1. Position: Flash Design Engineer (上海)
Job Description and Responsibilities:
-Design and maintain Flash memory IPs;
-Support user / customer to use embedded flash IP.
Key Competency Requirements:
-Technical knowledge in IC design methodology;
-Experience of non-volatile / flash memory, MCU analog IP design is a definite advantage;
-Knowledge of Verilog, Synopsys synthesis / simulation tools, HSPICE, Cadence Design Entry, IC layout tools, Dracula, Silicon Ensemble or other equivalent tools.
Education and Experience Required:
-Bachelor degree or above in EE;
-More than 6 years of analog design experience;
-Preferred: Some Analog/Layout design related experience; Some Process/Technology related experience.
2. Position: CAD Engineer (上海)
Job Description:
Provide first-class system administration services to engineering community
Install software, apply patches, manage file systems, monitor performance and troubleshoot users' login environment.
Perform system failure analysis and recovery to insure consistency and integrity of file systems.
Set up and configure hardware and software for user workstations as well as enterprise servers.
Automate administrative tasks via scripts and cron jobs
Liaison with vendors and support evaluating product procurement.
Support main stream EDA tools' user interface
Job Requirements:
BS degree in Computer related field
3+ years of relevant experience
Hands on experience with scripting and NIX operating system
Proficient with CAD system administration tasks
Knowledge of X-windows programs (VNC, Exceed, ..) and file-sharing utilities (SAMBA, ftp, ..)

Job Description:
1).Technology file development of DRC, LVS, RCX, Layout Editor, etc.
2).Process Design Kits development and customer support.
Qualifications:
1).Familiar with Semiconductor physics and process flow.
2).Familiar with EDA tools like layout edit tools (Virtuoso/Laker), physical verification tools (Assura/Calibre/Hercules).
3).Program capabilities on C shell, Tcl and Perl scripts.
4).Communication skills in both English and Chinese.

4. Position: Circuit Design Engineer (上海松江，上海各地有班车)
Job Description:
1).Library/IP circuits design, pre/post simulation, characterization for Standard Cell, Standard I/O, SRAM, ROM, Emb-Flash, EEPROM, and other special mixed-signal/analog IP etc.
2).Work closely with layout engineer. Provide the guideline and help for physical layout floor plan, design, verification and RC extraction.
3).Wafer or package chip testing and debug.
4).Customer support.
Qualifications:
1).Good knowledge of circuits design. Experience in Std. Cell, I/O, ESD SRAM, memory compiler, non-volatile memory, charge pump, band gap and other mixed-signal/analog IP preferred.
2).Experience in Cadence/Synopsys/Mentor/Springsoft circuit and layout design/simulation/verification tools preferred.
3).Unix/Lunix system experience and Good programming skills preferred, such as C, Perl, TCL etc.

5. Position: Sr. AE (上海)
Job Description:
As Senior Application Engineer, you will be a highly motivated key member of the development engineering team, involved in all phases of product development, including definition, design, application hardware and software design, hands-on debug, characterization, manufacturing release.
Your responsibilities will be:
Marketing Support
o Performs in depth technical analysis of competitor products in targeted market (portable devices).
o Participate to conferences and trainings.
o Synthesize and share information.
New Product Development Support, the Sr Application Engineer
o Participates in the Definition of new products.
o Is responsible of detailed Internal Reference Specification
o Is responsible of the new product evaluation in an environment as close as possible to the end application.
o Generates application use cases and develops associated evaluation methods as well as all necessary hardware (Boards, Bread boards) and software.
o Generates evaluation reports.
o Provides all necessary technical support to the other teams involved in the product development. Moreover, the Application Engineer is the preferred interface for anyone who needs technical information about the product and its operation.
o Supports design organization in evaluation of advanced developments.
Product Release Support
o Based on the Internal Reference Specification, generates the product Data Sheet and Errata Sheet if necessary.
o Develops demonstration environment. This includes at least a demonstration board, associated user manual, bill of material as well as production and test manual. This may also include Graphical User Interface (GUI) as well as associated documentation, user manual and installation instructions.
o Generates technical collateral documentation: Application notes, Design notes, Technical presentations, article for new products
o Provides Sales / Marketing technical training and technical support.
Product Engineer Support
o Provides, when necessary, reference design and design-in support to FAE and customers
o Provides technical support to FAE and Sales to help materializing design wins.
o Provides technical support to Product Engineer to solve quality issue.
Requirement:
o Engineering degree
o Strong technical background in the analog semiconductor IC development or in portable application development
o Strong problem solving and decision making skills
o Strong sense of urgency and the ability to work and solve problem under pressure.
o Ability to synthesize information, write technical reports.
o Strong communication skills: ability to summarize technical information in a comprehensive way and to convince third party.
o Open minded and curious to develop new technologies and/or new environment
o Strong organization skills.

Experience

6. Position: Senior FAE (report to French，上海)
Job Description:
The responsibility of the position is to maximize revenue and market share of the China Key Mobile Phone Customers, with strong technical capability.
The job in details includes below tasks but not limited to.
1) Provide technical application, as well as trouble shooting support to the customers.
2) Establish and maintain good working relationships with customer's engineers and decision-makers.
3) Drive revenue growth at target accounts by meeting or exceeding design-in goals
4) Work closely with Business Units and Sales for goals alignment.
5) Keep tracking on new technology trends; dig out business opportunities in new applications.
6) Gather technology trends and customers' needs information, help or drive product lines on new product definition
Qualification requirements:
1) Familiar with cell phone or other mobile system.
2) Solid knowledge of battery charging, power supply and system protection. With Audio/Video/RF design experiences will be a plus.
3) More than 3 years working experiences in technical support or R&D for mobile application.
4) Quick learning for new wireless applications and gaining capability to support new systems design.
5) Good Communication skills and capability to gain respect and trust with the customer
6) Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills
7) Excellent command of verbal and written English
8) B.S.E.E. required, and M.S.E.E preferred.
9) Frequent travel in China is required.
