Responsibilities :
-  Provide executive leadership and management of the company's marketing organization and inbound and out-bound marketing activities overseas, which include: Regional marketing, partner/channel marketing, product marketing and so on;
-  Continuously identify key marketplace trends and customer requirements, interpret and define customer requirements;
- Examine opportunities to acquire new market areas, recommending appropriate actions aimed at providing specialized products to meet market/customer requirements;
- Work closely with sales to develop and manage channel and partner strategies and programs;
- Strategic planning including corporate positioning market and competitive analysis, customer segment selection and penetration plans, and related product positioning;
- Oversee marketing communications including branding, public relations, advertising, white papers, trade shows, seminars and events collateral materials, analyst and market research management and content either directly or on an outsourced basis;
- Oversee market research for market and product requirements, interface with engineering for product development, product pricing and product lifecycle management;
- Develop and analyze competitive market position for company’s data device products;
- Oversee product marketing including product launch management, sales training, presentations, sales tools, competitive analysis and general sales support;
- Develop and track metrics and success criteria for all marketing programs and activities

Qualifications:
- Bachelor or M.B.A. desired;
- 10 years marketing experience at least in multinational companies in semiconductor industry;
- Ability to plan and manage at both strategic and operational levels;
- Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and staff to create results driven, team oriented environment;
- Demonstrated ability to manage worldwide and/or outsourced marketing activities (PR, corporate identity system, website, etc.) ;
- Substantial experience working with business and industry press;
- Strong strategic planning and analysis skills in sales, marketing, and business (competitive) strategy;
- Extremely effective public speaking and presenting skills;
- Proficiency in English and Mandarin is required.
