职位描述：
1. 项目的资源协调与组织，推动项目顺利进行
2. 制定项目计划以及对项目进行跟踪和维护，对新产品进行评估，能够及时发现并解决问题
3. 熟悉晶圆生产，测试过程，提供生产技术支持
4. 熟悉封装流程，封装材料性能，封装厂质量控制体系。配合产品工程师完成新品导入；配合测试部门推动封装厂产能以及解决良率问题
5. 有较高的分析能力，可以进行产品失效分析，处理客户投诉，并形成8D报告

职位要求：
1.对芯片的整个设计到量产流程有深刻的了解
2.有晶圆/封测厂或质量工程师工作经验
