岗位职责描述：
1. 参与芯片的方案设计，主要负责DFM，DFT等与制造和测试相关工作。
2. 负责芯片量产测试程序开发，优化和提高测试效率。
3. 负责协调、支持和跟进量产测试测试板（Load Board，Probe Board)的开发。
4. 负责解决制造工艺相关问题，提升测试和封转良率。

任职要求：
1.电子工程、微电子相关专业硕士8+
2.熟练掌握IC测试程序编写语言和测试设备，有IC测试程序编写经验。
3.熟悉IC生产制造工艺，有大型芯片制造或者封装厂工作经验最佳。
4.有良好的团队精神，较强的沟通能力。
