Summary: In charge of the development of non-volatile memory processes (EEPROM and Flash) and HV processes up to 700V for power management IC.
Essential Functions:
·   Manages a team of device engineers and directs the activities of the team
·   Works with design team to define required technologies
·   Works with foundries to co-develop technologies, including development of test structures and their corresponding measurements
·   Receives assignments in the form of objectives and determines how to use resources to meet schedules and goals
·   Provides hands-on technical leadership and training for device staff
·   Communicates technical information and schedules to senior members of the management team
·   Recruits, selects, develops, and motivates the best engineers to ensure efficient operation
·   Conducts annual performance reviews of subordinates
·   Makes sure all device and technology development activities are well documented

Qualifications:
·   M.S. EE with minimum 5 years of industry experience
·   Prior experience in managing a team of device engineers
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
·   Strong knowledge of engineering fundamentals, especially device physics
·   Prior experience in non-volatile memory devices and technologies
·   Prior experience in HV analog processes
·   Experience with working with foundries
·   Advanced laboratory measurement skills
·   Advanced device modeling skills (BSIM3)
·   Prior experience in MEMS a plus
·   Methodical problem solving skills
·   Able to work independently with minimum supervision
·   Good Chinese and English written and verbal presentation skills
