Purpose:
The primary objective of this role is to plan and execute all sales activities i.e. the book and bill
quota, drive and supervise demand creation work & commodities sales; and to implement the
sales strategies in focus customers. Managing & grow the sales team is of equally important in this
position.
Key Responsibilities / Job Duties:
1. The candidate is to manage as well as lead & grow the Key account sales team or distribution sales team.
2. The candidate will formulate, initiate & implement the strategic business plan (a multi-million business scale) on assigned target key accounts (regional based and local based) or assigned distributors, and lead to achieve the profitable revenue growth, consistently substain market share increase.
3. To provide technical solution to our clients with good visibility of design-in & -win pipeline process. To drive demand creation and platform implementation in embedded solution. Support and manage customers design cycle from prototyping to mass production.
4. To further boost up the value-add, the candidate is required to develop relationship with Key accounts’ or distributors decision makers & influencer; coordinate strategic action and resolve sales issues with our key accounts.
5. It is required to work with field applications engineer and relevant back-end parties (supplier Business Units or sales representative parties) to complete the sales cycle.
6. Any other duties as and when assigned.
Requirement & Experience & Qualifications:
1. A self-motivated, proactive & independent candidate who understands sales cycle
2. Aggressive, industrious & highly energetic candidate
3. Strong Business Acumen
4. University degree in Engineering or Science field; with semiconductor Sales & Marketing background preferred; 5 years+ of sales management experience with managing at least 2-3 people team, in which 3 years in technical sales
5. Strong Sales Team Management skill (both for business and people management).
6. Selling experience must include selling either one or more of the followings:
  4, 8, 16-bit MCU & memory
  32 bits processors or ARM7, 9, 11 (telcom, medical or industrial field)
  Semicon at Consumer OEM
  Semicon at Automotive OEM
  Semicon at Industrial applications
7. Familiar with Microsoft Office
8. Excellent presentation skills to clients, fluent Mandarin & English are a must.
9. Excellent written and verbal communication & negotiation skills
