Responsibilities】
1. Design analog baseband circuit from architecture to transistor-level implementation
2. Evaluate and make trade-off in circuit architecture according to system requirements
3. Guide layout engineer to optimize layout
4. Test and characterize circuit
5. Lead and mentor junior design engineers
Requirements
1. MSEE or higher with 5+ years hands-on experience in Analog IC design
2. Successful tapeout experience is must, mass production experience is plus
3. In-depth understanding of analog-digital systems, IC design tools and simulators (Cadence, Hspice), and IC layout design techniques (Cadence).
4. Experience with analog IC blocks such as Power Management IC, custom analog design at the
transistor level, DC/DC converters, and regulators. Experience with ADCs, DACs, PLLs, Sigma-Delta
Modulators, continuous time and switched-cap filters et al.
5. Expertise in circuit design in CMOS or SiGe BiCMOS. Expertise in TowerJazz process is a plus.
6. Solid experience with lab test
7. Knowledge of RFID chipsets is a plus.
8. Must be a passionate self-starter and team player with experience in project leadership and multi-tasking.
