Job Description

1.
Manage, control and develop the assigned Region business, lead our sales team to stretch the performance and achieve the sales goals, and increase market share in the assigned region:

a)
Accurately forecast annual, quarterly and monthly revenue streams.

b)

Develops specific plans to ensure consistent, profitable growth in sales revenues in all products, services and technology.

c)
To report on quarterly sales results and to evaluate our salesman’s performance.

d)
Provide professional customer service

2.
Manage and develop sales team:

a)
Conduct necessary personnel management for the sales team (i.e. hire, train, coach, appraise, reward, motivate, discipline, recommend termination as necessary, etc.).

b)
Maintain an active, ongoing training and retraining program for the Sales organization that covers product/service capabilities and applications, sales techniques, communications and other programs.

c)
Monitor, evaluate, report, make recommendations for change, and implement approved changes to the Sales organization to achieve the most profitable and cost effective use of the company's resources.

3.
Establish and manage effective management process and incentive structure to address the following issues:

a)
Lead our sales team to increase new customer steadily.

b)
Work closely with technical team to successfully launch new products.

c)
Develop and maintain market intelligence on competitive product prices and delivery developments within the various product lines.

d)
Give seminar presentations.

e)
Implement robust sales strategies and tactical sales activities to attract new customers and grow existing revenue.

f)
Work closely with sales support team.

g)
Manage selling expenses of the assigned region at a reasonable level.

h)
Be responsible for the business/financial issues on sales contracts.

4.
Develop and forge strategic partnerships with key customers.

Requirement

1.
Bachelor's degree in Electronic Science and Engineering or a similar degree

2.
Requires five or more years of experience in product sales in the electronic component or high technology sector with at least one years of experience in sales management.

(Experienced applicants will be considered as Senior Sales Manager)

Effective team management skills

华东区销售经理、华南区销售经理

职位描述:

1)管理指定区域,增加市场份额和达到华东或华南的销售目标

准确地预测年度、季度和月度收入;

制定具体计划以确保所有产品线销售和服务的收入增长;

提供季度业绩统计,考评销售人员的效率;

提供专业的客户管理服务;

2)管理和发展销售团队

管理销售团队的活动(即雇用、培训、教练、评价、奖励、激励等等);

给团队培训销售策略;

对团队工作进行有效性的评估,并给出相关改进措施;

3)建立有效的流程及机制,以解决以下问题:

开发新客户和保持增长;

新产品的销售和多种产品的混合销售;

积极的销售策略和有针对性的销售活动;

合理的运用销售支持;

销售费用管理在合理的水平范围内;

商业合同的相关条款问题;

4)实现对大客户的销售

职位需求:

1 电子科学与技术等类似专业的本科或以上学历;

2 五年以上电子元器件的销售经验,其中至少一年以上的销售团队管理经验;

3 具有高效的团队管理技巧;

4 优秀的沟通能力;

5 优秀的表达和组织能力;

6 良好的业界人际关系;

7 善于在压力下工作;

岗位二

销售工程师

职位描述:

1、制定销售计划,完成销售指标;

2、负责华东或华南所辖区域的芯片及解决方案的销售任务;

3、发展和管理所辖区域的代理商和渠道;

2、开拓新市场,发展新客户,增加产品销售范围;

3、维护及增进已有客户关系;

4、收集市场和行业信息;

职位需求:

1、电子等相关专业专科及以上学历;

21年以上半导体或芯片相关销售工作经验, 熟悉TIMstarSAMSUNGST等产品线优先;

3、熟悉华东或华南半导体元器件行业产品市场,有一定的客户基础;

4、具备较强的客户沟通能力和较高的商务处理能力;

5、具有良好的团队协作精神;

5、学习能力强,善于在压力下工作。
