Field Application Engineer
Location: Shenzhen

Job Description
• Work closely with Sales and customers to provide excellent support of new and existing
business, including pre-design win and post design win.
• Achieve design wins at customers
• Support customers on-site when needed.
• Work closely with global technical colleagues (USA, China) to provide backup support.
• Track issues and defects and drive to resolution.
• Provide quick response to key customer’s request on technical support.
• Provide technical training to Sales team and customers.
Specific Knowledge/Experience
• 5 years+ of experience with Storage controller, Storage system.
• Knowledge and experience in SAS Firmware/Software, Fiber Channel and SAS server system
• Experience using or supporting storage products eg. SAS processor/Controller/Expander or
storage system
• Broad Network or Storage knowledge
• Demonstrated ability to learn technology quickly
• Very good English communication skills
• Team player, self-motivation
• Communication/Information Systems or EE degree, Masters preferred
