Job Description:
The Customer Quality Engineer will serve as a liaison to automotive customers and act as the key coordinator/information channel for automotive customer's qualification data needs including qualification, samples, data and negotiation of qualification requirements.
The Customer Quality Engineer is responsible for customer Product Change Notices (PCN) requirements, managing customer notification, and for qualification and closure of PCN issues with customers. The Customer Quality Engineer is responsible for customer specification & drawing reviews, consolidating Product Line/Manufacturing site responses and communication of final review results to customers. The Customer Quality Engineer is responsible to work with the customer and factory for resolution of customer failures including reviewing and approving 8D reports. The Customer Quality Engineer will work to maintain and improve XX's quality rating with customers and will address all customer quality and reliability issues. The Customer Quality Engineer will coordinate any company quality initiatives as they pertain to the customer and lead tactical initiatives to resolve issues and improve scorecard position.

Requirement:
Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering, Electrical and Communication Engineering, or the equivalent, and 5 years of previous experience in automotive customer quality engineering. Additional experience in semiconductor engineering, including quality control/quality assurance or process engineering responsibility and failure analysis in wafer fab or product assembly, as well as experience with CMOS and IC applications, module assembly and test processes.
