· 本科/硕士以上，计算机科学，数学，或工程专业

· 三年以上C/C++/JAVA编程经验，精通编程，优秀的分析以及解决问题的能力

· 有二年以上在Android或iPhone或J2ME平台上应用或游戏开发经验

· 2D/3D图形开发经验者优先

· 熟悉网络编程，例如 http，熟悉Object Oriented Design/Programming

· 熟悉Eclipse/NetBeans, Junit

· 精通Android的Application Framework， 一年以上Android应用开发，在Android Market或其他第三方的Market上有至少1-2款作品发布

· 有Agile和TDD(Test Driven Development)开发经验者优先

· 能够按时高质量的完成任务

· 具有高度的团队合作以及吃苦精神

· 优秀的沟通能力
