岗位职责：

1、实施设备日常保养维护；

2、制订零部件、耗件的采购计划；

3、针对紧急出现的设备问题、故障，协调维修工作的开展。

4、新设备安装、验收

5、确认设备验收标准、设备安装验收计划；

6、确认设备的动力及环境需求，参与制订合理搬入计划以及紧急对应方案；

7、参与工艺设备的二次配管工作，并进行验收；

8、监督设备供应商的设备安装、调试，并进行验收。
任职条件：

1. 机械、自动化或电子信息工程相关专业，本科以上学历。了解半导体工艺制造技术，熟悉洁净室工作环境和操作流程，熟练掌握相关工艺设备的操作和维护，有CMP及刻蚀相关经验优先。

2.CET6级，读写熟练，具备日常交流和会话能力；

3.工作细致，思路清晰，善于学习；

4.良好的团队合作能力，善于沟通，工作积极、主动。
