岗位职责：

1. 负责基础软件平台相关子项目方案设计与辅助实现

2. 负责组内研究工作管理与项目进度跟踪

3. 负责组内日常事务管理

4. 负责组内队伍建设及人员技术水平提升
岗位要求：

1. 硕士及以上学历，通讯、电子、计算机及相关专业毕业

2. 三年以上嵌入式软件研发经验，一年以上传感网相关软件研发经验，一年以上软件项目管理经验

3. 精通C/C++程序设计

4. 熟悉常用RTOS实现原理

5. 熟悉MSP430、8051、ARM体系结构

6. 了解嵌入式中间件相关技术

7. 良好的英文读写能力
