matlab很多库函数都有的。
fft,ifft,fftshift组合使用，具体情况你可以看帮助文件

of course, there ARE. fft for one dimension, fft2 for 2D and fftn for n-dim. You must be carefull with the outputs. The output of N-point fft are arranged in this way:

1:N/2 are positive frequencies and 2:N+1:N are for negative frequencies. You can use fftshift to re-arrange the output so that you have DC in the middle.
