情况与坛友xcq838587之前提到的类似（https://bbs.eetop.cn/thread-976352-1-1.html）

1. SCL 2025.03（感谢坛友TerraWilly分享https://bbs.eetop.cn/thread-985857-1-1.html）正常运行，可以看到license OUT和IN；另外wv可以正常打开，说明license文件制作和SCL应该没有问题。
2. H$PICE安装后用pubkey_verify.exe和synopsys_checksum.exe（2020年的版本，可能太老了）打patch，完了运行demo仿真，没打印什么信息很快就退出，生成一个空的lis文件。

估计需要xcq838587原贴中的补丁？但链接已过期，有坛友可以再分享一下吗？

Try patching not with two patchers at once but with one at a time and then check the functionality of the hspice program.
