JoMM,produced by JoMMPublish in Altamont, New York, USA, is an open-access journalwith free publication. It is indexed in major databases including Crossref,DOAJ, CNKI, CSTJ, and CAS.
Thejournal is devoted to publishing research on the cutting-edge microelectronic manufacturingtechnology. The scope of the journal covers studies of advanced semiconductormanufacturing sciences and technologies from fundamental research to industrialhigh volume manufacturing applications. The journal's scope includes,but is not limited to the following areas:
Design,Circuit and Device, Modeling and Simulation, Process, Metrology, Testing andYield control, Packaging, Materials, Equipment.
JoMMpublishes research papers, letters, topical review articles and special issues:
Research Papers:regular reports of original research work, normally no more than 8500 words(4-10 journal pages).
Letters: brief,urgent communications of no more than 3500 words (4 journal pages).
Topical ReviewArticles: topical reviews present a snapshot of recent progress in a particularfield (no page limit).
Special Issues: specialissues will be opened to cover a particular topic, authors and readers areencouraged to propose special issue ideas to editors or editorial boardmembers. Special issue manuscript follows the same guideline as regularmanuscript.
