标题: Spectre Noise 仿真求助
大家好，我在用spectre在跑一个简单电路的噪声，跑完后，在Results-Print-Noise Summary中的确能看到每个器件的噪声贡献，如下图，但我有两个问题想请教一下大家：
1、Noise Summary中器件名后面的fn、id等参数代表什么意思？
2、我想再具体看看每个器件的热噪声和1/f噪声占比，请问可以看到吗?谢谢！

1) For a MOS transistor, the individual noise contributors are fn, id, rs and rd. -fn is the flicker noise
-id is the drain-source resistance thermal noise

fn 表示flicker noise，id 表示thermal noise。你看到的是top 3的显示，你可以更改为前10，你就可以看到top 10 noise sources. 基于你的噪声结果，你大部分噪声都来自于这两个管子的flicker noise. 尤其是M10管子，你可以试着同时增大W, L, 然后保持W/L ratio
