I can find eetop peoples can help me for create a standard cell library from industrial pdk or cadence gpdk? I want create a my standard cell and after I / O with cadence EDA only if possible for objective educative.

I want create my standard cell and I/O library. I not know how can generate different file with cadence. if you can help for create a standard cells in first as industrial standard cell library for can synthesis RTL code to GDS II. and after I/O library
