Integrated Circuit Design, Fourth Edition -

这本由美国的Neil H.E. Weste和David Money Harris所著的《CMOS超大规模集成电路设计(第4版英文版)》是本经典教材，该版本反映了近年来集成电路设计领域面貌的迅速变化，突出了延时、功耗、互连和鲁棒性等关键因素的影响。内容涵盖了从系统级到电路级的CMOS VLSI设计方法，介绍了CMOS集成电路的基本原理，设计的基本问题，基本电路和子系统的设计，以及CMOS系统的设计实例(包括一系列当前设计方法和CMOS的特有问题，以及测试、可测性设计和调试等技术)。全书加强了对业界积累的许多宝贵设计经验的介绍。

为反映自6年前上一版出版以来集成电路设计领域所发生的迅速变化，这本由美国的Neil H.E. Weste和David Money Harris所著《CMOS超大规模集成电路设计(第4版英文版)》做了许多重要的修订。涵盖了从数字系统级到电路级的CMOS集成电路设计方法，包括介绍集成电路设计的基本原理，以及良好的设计规程和实际的设计经验。本书作者凭借他们在工业界实践和在大学教学的丰富经验，为读者介绍了当代先进的芯片设计方法，与读者共享了他们在英特尔公司、思科公司和贝尔实验室从事专业领域工作所积累的设计经验。
作者简介Nell H.E. Weste

现居住在澳大利亚，与人合伙创办了研发IEEE 802.11a CMOS芯片组的Radiata Communications公司。澳大利亚麦考瑞大学和阿德莱德大学的兼职教授。他的大部分职业生涯是在美国贝尔实验室、杜克大学、北卡罗来纳大学、MCNC、Symbolics和TLW公司度过的。

David Money Harris

美国哈维玛德学院的工程学副教授。研究方向包括CMOS超大规模集成电路设计、微处理器和计算机算法。拥有13项专利，曾在太阳微系统公司、英特尔公司、惠普公司和Evans & Sutherland公司从事过芯片设计工作。
