Is there reference buffer? Does reference require extra pin? ADC has high impedance input or switched-capacitor input?

with the amount of power consumption, i suspect it's SAR, but 9-bit would be difficult.
whatever architecture, better ones (all aspects) are there, so u can't sell IP.
besides, u're using .13um technology, so u dont have advantage from market perspective coz size is money.
