我已经从下列链接出下载了Sentaurus TCAD，

可是还没有license，使用Synopsys license产生工具产生的license中不含有Sentaurus TCAD的Feature，那位大侠能提供点信息，如何破解这个软件？最好能有个详细步骤。先谢了！
经过反复摸索，已经安装成功，不过，不可以和ISETCAD一起安装的。我也不知道为啥，主要是License的daemon运行有冲突！！！！！

提供參考:

1. vendor 需使用snpslmd, 不要用ISE的vendor
2.Sentaurus user guide訊息:
If you have TCAD tools from ISE installed on your system, ensure the
<Sentaurus directory>/bin directory precedes the ISE installation in your search
path, for example:
* Add to .cshrc:
set path=(<Sentaurus directory>/bin $path)
* Add to .profile, .kshrc, or .bashrc:
PATH=<Sentaurus directory>/bin

PATH
export PATH

这个搞定了，不过又有新的问题，输入命令swb后提示：swb: error while loading shared libraries: libXaw.so.7: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory，这个咋解决，是不是要安装，libxaw.so.7
