Job Overview *** is seeking an experienced Sales manager/Director in China, to lead customer engagement, business strategy and various marketing initiatives in China. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in WiFi/Networking technologies related to chip and product/system levels. The candidate will work with marketing and technical support teams at ***, along with regional partner, to advocate and drive WiFi sales into our customer base. - Help define and execute WiFi sales strategy for China - Develop and maintain strategic relationships with Chinese Service Providers, OEMs, and ODMs - Frequent business travel is a requirement
Scope & Responsibilities:
As Sales Manager/Director you will have clear business development and sales responsibilities for WiFi solutions:
• Create, develop and follow up sales pipeline
• Progress and achieve the business sales target in region
• Develop and support new and existing relationships within ODM/OEM/Service Providers
• Create and develop new leads in region
• Sales achievements and forecasting reporting
Background:
• At least 6 years’ sales experience in this networking industry and China territory
• Proven record of being excellent at sales record
• Strong relationships with Service Providers is a big plus
• Experience engaging and working with business partners
• Understanding WiFi and networking landscapes and trends
• Independent and technically-capable of performing product demonstrations and managing customer meetings with or without Pre-Sales Engineers
• Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly at all levels of the Customer organization, including executive and C-level
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills in English and Chinese
• Willingness to travel extensively

Education Requirements:
• Required: Bachelor's degree,
• Preferred: Computer Science and/or Electrical Engineering
