Job Description:

1.Develop a strategic business plan to align withgrowth targets defined for theChina key segment includingAutomotive&Industrial & Consumer and others.  

2.Focus on assigned accounts in the territory, aswell as emerging markets/account, the technical sales/account manager willdetermine the best business plan to gain account base for emerging and start-upcustomers.  

3.Work to win and grow the accounts, once a robustaccount plan is established

4.Achieve sustainable and profitable revenue growththrough demand creation:

5.Focus on establishing the processes, procedures,and orchestrating of resources that will drive revenue within assignedaccounts(Account plan)

6.Develop sales & technical strategies byeffectively utilizing local & corporate resources. Executing on thesestrategies, by simultaneously expanding the customer network and building newrelationships. Identifies key decision makers within customer engineering,executive team, purchasing and establishes relationships.

7.Build up strong design pipeline and closely trackthe progress for new business, Leads / Performs War Room sessions for keyprojects identified at those customers w/ FAE

8.Be accountable for scorecard and deeplyunderstand/penetrate into the customer to exceed the revenue target

9.Provides and maintains up to date and accuratevisibility of the progression of opportunities in the customer so decisions andcommitments can be made and met. This forecast will be delivered through IDT’sOpportunity Management System.

Requirements:

1.5+ years of experience in Technical Sales in theSemiconductor industry, experience in Automotive, Industrial and Consumerpreferred.

2.Good relationship with key account in the territory

3.BS/MS in Electrical Engineering.

4.Successful establishment of strategic businessplans for penetration of target market segments.

5.Ability to offer customers a high value propositionand successful utilization of internal resources.

6.Knowledge of Sales tools/system for the collectionand management of all account information is a plus.
