[求助] error macro cell xxx/xxx is not fixed (PSYN-348), please help

I need help on how to fix a macro cell placement
I got
"Error: Macro cell I_CLOCK_GEN/I_CLKMUL is not fixed. (PSYN-348)"

When I ran:

check_physical_design -for_placement

by manning the PSYN-348, I think I need to fix the placement of the module, stated above

But I don't know how to do that

Please help
