Job descriptions:
-Reporting into RSM, dotted line to GAM’s
-Territory coverage: China
-Major responsibilities: the whole account business plan and revenue growth strategies;
- Working closely with global account team
-Working closely with FAE to identify new design opportunities;
-Advise BU on the relative size and importance of various opportunities at various MNC sites;
-Map out design win strategies and plan actions for BU, sales, and FAEs collectively to take to penetrate the account;
-Identify customer decision makers/influencers and develop good relationship with all MNC sites.
Critical qualifications and requirements:
- BS or above, major in EE or Computer related;
- Strategic thinking;
- Business acumen;
- Team working spirit;
- Excellent communications and coordination skill in both English and Mandarin;
- 5+ sales experience, working experiences as MNC account manager preferred;
- Strong technical background in wireless communication and/or automotive application;
- Ready customer relationship with Nokia/ALU/DELPHI/Sensata/Continental is preferred;
- FAE/Engineering working experiences preferred;
- Hard working and frequent traveler.
