请教高人register file 和sram 的区别

学习，RF做成芯片后是不是就是芯片里面的各个寄存器啊

Register file: 应该是由dff搭成的。没有转门的测试电路。而且不可能做的很大，那样会占用很大的面积。

SRAM：是专门的模块，有BIST保证可测试性。有一些还可以提供冗余。在要求 ...

这个应该是对的，sram应该叫duleport，因为两套端口都可以读写，而twoport中一套端口只能读，另外一个端口只能写。

REGFILE and SRAM's difference is mainly in the bitcell design.
From user perspective, REGFILE is bigger but faster. SRAM is smaller but slower.
whether it's dual-port or single-port, it doesn't matter, really.

As for test, they are both considered as memory. So you need MBIST for both.
