Location: Shanghai, China

Job Description

·      Work withAnalog/digital asic design team for new product development;

·      RTLDesign and verification of digital design in mixed-signal ICs;

·      Performbackend digital design (logic synthesis, formal check, define designconstraints for place & route, perform timing closure, DFT);

·      Supportsystem, test & product team with chip debugging, failure analysis,characterizations and product release efforts.

QualificationRequirements

·      Masterdegree or above in EE or related field;

·      At least 5years’ experience in digital design;

·       Good knowledge ofRTL design with verilog and System Verilog;

·       Good knowledge ofdifferent industry-standard interface design;

·       Experience orknowledge to handle different type of embedded memories (SRAM, OTP, Flash etc);

·       Knowledge ofembedded processor and digital processing is preferred;

·      Goodknowledge of front-end design flow: Simulation, Synthesis, DFT, STA, formalcheck

·      Knowledgeor understanding of transistor level schematic design is a plus;

·      Mixedsignal design knowledge is preferred;

·      Goodlanguage and communication skills in English for both spoken and written;

·      Highlyorganized and self-motivated;

·      Abilityto work well with teammates (locally or remotely) in a fast-paced professionalenvironment.
