工作职责：
1.Design, implement and verify analog/mixed-signal IC designs for various pressure, motion and other sensor products.
2.Interface with digital design and MEMS engineers to define and optimize sensor architectures.
3.Provide technical guidance to layout, application, and validation engineers.
4.Tape-out designs on-schedule adhering to required specifications.
5.Evaluate and validate designs in the lab and identify any deviations from requirements and implement corrective actions.
6.Create thorough review documentation and follow established design flow.
7.Perform other duties and tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
8.Support production team to develop test plan and failure analysis for final products
任职要求：
1.Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, and over 8 years experience
2.horough understanding of analog and mixed signal systems trade-offs.
3.Strong skills in designing various analog/mixed-signal blocks including: MEMS sensor front ends, Bandgap references, Regulators, Charge pumps, ADCs, Oscillator circuits, PLLs
4.Experience in system level design, signal processing tools such as Matlab
5.Familiar with design/simulation/verification tools including Cadence, Spice, Spectre, UltraSim
6.Lab and test equipment skills for debug, characterization, and validation of designs.
7.Effective and clear written and oral communication skills.
8.Diligent, detail-oriented, and willing to take the initiatives for process and flow improvements.
