NCverilog的安装

各位大神，我在装NCverilog的时候，涉及到License的时候，license是按照文档来破解的，但运行simvision的时候，会报一个这样的错误lic_error -8,我直接输入lic_error -8来查看详细的错误报告，会有这样的提示：
the license server host name as specified in the license file cannot be contacted using network resources.
1. verify the host name in the /etc/hosts file or equivalent database.
2. if the license server is a UNIX system, verify that the application client cant reach the license server using the command listed below replacing<hostname> with the name of the license server listed in the license file.

Other Unix                /usr/ucb/telent<hostname>
Windows                  telnet<hostname>

请问这种情况我要如何来解决License的问题？
