- Requirements
1. BS/MS degree in related field.
2. Over 3 years working experience.
3. Front-end/Verification/Synthesis/STA/DFT or related CAD experience in over three tape‐out projects.
4. Good at communication and cooperation. Deep passion and strong self‐motivation of learning.

- Responsibilities
1. Flow development:
1.1 Develop scripts of design process.
1.2 Provide automated analysis of results.
1.3 Provide delivery rule and verification methodology.
1.4 Build up test bench to evaluation new EDA tool features.
2. Design project:
2.1 Set up design flow environment in the project.
2.2 Debug and optimize parameters in design work.
2.3 Recycle the project case, to upgrade the generic flow module.

- Professional Skills
1. Familiar with IC design processes.
2. Familiar with one or more Cadence/Mentor/Synopsys EDA tools.
3. Familiar with one or more programming languages: C, Perl, Python, Shell, Tcl, etc.
4. Good professional technical document reading and writing skills.
