DC Error: M1 does not have preferred direction defined

请教一下各位大神，DC里跑compile_ultra命令时，出现Error: M1 does not have preferred direction defined, neither in the design(CEL) nor in the library. 但是我 Target Library, Link Library, Reference Lib还有tech. file都设定了。请问一下这是怎么回事？

你是跑dct 流程吗？如果是dct流程还要读物理库

mw_lib我建立并读取了。check_library和check_tlu_plus_file都过了。这条Error在我set_preferred_routing_direction后就没了，但是后续会出现其他Error。
Error: Vertical resistance value is invalid: 0
Error: Vertical capacitance value is invalid: 0
Severe Error: Fatal error: Placer did not conpile.
Eror: DC Topographical Failed to place the design.

不知道是哪里出了问题

你现在报的错误看着像是technology file中电阻，电容没定义好，没有电阻，电容的信息，place没法估算wire的延时，自然没法跑了
