您好，我运行了虚拟机后，提示下面错误。网上的说法是工艺库没有装好，也有的说可以修改`nch3'与工艺库cell 名字相同。不过都没有搞定，可否百忙中给指点下哪里的问题？谢谢。
Error found by spectre during circuit read-in. ERROR (SFE-23): "input.scs" 14: The instance `M0' is referencing an undefined model or subcircuit, `nch3'. Either include the file containing the definition of `nch3', or define `nch3' before running the simulation.
