最近在仿一个隧穿器件，但是在仿真的过程中出现了以下问题
Supernodal had problems (zero pivot) ！

仿真不收敛，不知道这是个啥意思，请教各位有没有遇到过类似的问题？？怎么解决的呢？？？

a) either try a different solver i.e. Method=Super or ILS,

b) Try with different initial conditions

c) Try fine-tuning the mesh in locations you think are sensitive
